6.2 Ölwechsel
Die im Kapitel 2 aufgeführten Öle zeichnen
sich durch einen besonders hohen Grad an
Stabilität aus. Bei ordnungsgemäßer
Montage bzw. Einsatz von saugseitigen
Feinfiltern erübrigt sich deshalb im Regelfall
ein Ölwechsel.
Bei Verdichter- oder Motorschaden generell
Säuretest durchführen. Bei Bedarf
Reinigungsmaßnahmen treffen: Säure
bindenden Saugleitungs- Filter
(bi-direktional) einbauen und Öl wechseln.
Anlage druckseitig an der höchsten Stelle in
Recycling-Behälter entlüften. Nach einigen
Betriebsstunden ggf. Filter und Öl erneut
wechseln sowie Anlage entlüften.
Öl wechseln:
Das Öl aus Ölabscheider und aus der
Motorkammer des Verdichters ablassen
(siehe Abbildung 7).

6.2 Oil change

The oil types listed in chapter 2 are
characterised by an especially high degree of
stability. If the plant is correctly assembled,
or if fine filters are installed on the suction
side an oil change is not normally needed.
If compressor or motor damage occurs an
acid test should be made. When required
clean up measures must be made: Mount an
acid retaining (bi-directional) suction line gas
filter and replace the oil. Purge the plant from
the highest point on the discharge side into a
recycling cylinder. After a few operating
hours it may be necessary to replace filter
and oil and to purge the plant again.
Replacing the oil:
Drain the oil out of the oil separator and
compressor motor chamber (see figure 7).

止めします。
まず吐出シャットオフバルブを取り外します。

6.2 オイル交換
2章に記載したオイルの種類は、特に安定性が
高いという特徴があります。プラントが正常に組
み立てられている場合またはファインフィルター
が吸入側に取り付けられている場合には、オイ
ル交換は通常必要ありません。
コンプレッサーまたはモーターが損傷した場合
は、酸性テストを行います。必要に応じて洗浄
処置を行います：酸を吸着するガスフィルター
（両方向）を吸入ラインに取り付け、オイルを交
換します。プラントを、吐出側の最も高いポイン
トから再生シリンダー内に向けて洗浄します。
数時間運転してから、必要に応じてフィルターと
オイルを交換し、再びプラントを洗浄します。
オイル交換：
オイルセパレーターおよびコンプレッサーモー
ターチャンバーからオイルを排出します（図7を
参照）。
