Gefahr von Verdichterausfall!
Unbedingt folgende Anforderungen
durch entsprechende
Steuerungslogik einhalten:
• Minimale Stillstandszeit:
- 5 Minuten
wegen Rücklaufzeit des Regelschiebers –
CR3 (Y3) angesteuert
- 1 Minute
wenn zuvor aus der 25% CR- Stufe
abgeschaltet wurde
- Minimale Stillstandszeiten auch bei
Wartungsarbeiten einhalten!
• Maximale Schalthäufigkeit:
- CS.65/75: 6 Starts pro Stunde
- CS.85/95: 4 Starts pro Stunde
• Anzustrebende Mindestlaufzeit:
5 Minuten!
• Umschaltzeit: Teilwicklung 0,5 s
Stern-Dreieck 1 s (CSH65 .. CSH85)
Stern-Dreieck 1,5 .. 2 s (CSH95)
Schwingungen
Die gesamte Anlage insbesondere
Rohrleitungen und Kapillarrohre auf
abnormale Schwingungen überprüfen. Wenn
nötig, zusätzliche Sicherungsmaßnahmen
treffen.

Verdichter und sonstigen
Anlagen-Komponenten möglich! Starke
Schwingungen vermeiden!

Danger of severe compressor damage!
The following requirements must be
ensured by the control logic:
• Minimum time of standstill:
- 5 Minutes
due to returning time of the control slider
– CR3 (Y3) energized
- 1 Minute
if it has been shut off before from the 25%
CR step
- Observe the minimum times of standstill
during maintenance also!
• Maximum cycling rate:
- CS.65/75: 6 starts per hour
- CS.85/95: 4 starts per hou
• Advised minimum running time:
5 minutes!
• Switch-over time:part winding 0.5 s
star-delta 1 s (CSH65 .. CSH85)
star-delta 1.5 .. 2 s (CSH95)
Vibrations
The whole plant especially the pipe lines and
capillary tubes must be checked for
abnormal vibrations. If necessary additional
protective measures must be taken.

compressor and other components of
the plant possible!
Avoid strong vibrations!

ます。必要に応じて追加の保護措置を講じてく
ださい。
