VZ-, VZC- and F-fans: noise immunity accor-
ding to EN 55014-2 depending on pulse shape
and energy quota 1000 - 4000 V. These values
may be exceeded when run with fluorescent
tubes. In this case additional interference
suppression will be necessary (L-, C- or RC-
elements, protective diodes, varistors).
ECA boards [2] – Settings
Standard version
With standard PCB [2.1], speed controllable.
Permissible tolerances for time
indicated: nominal value + 20 %.
VZ version with electronic timer
With VZ 6 board [2.2] and protective cover, not
speed controllable. Permanently set fan start delay
of 50 seconds and run-on time of 6 minutes.
VZC version with variable electronic timer
With VZ 24 C board [2.3] and protective cover, not
speed controllable.
Fan start delay: Adjustable from 0-150 seconds
using setting screw Tv.
Run-on time: Adjustable from 1.5 to 24 minutes
using setting screw Tn.
F version with light control
With VZ 6 F board [2.4] and protective cover, not
speed controllable. Start-up brightness min. 30 Lux,
cut-out brightness (at the unit) max. 0.3 Lux.
Permanently set fan start delay of 50 seconds and
run-on time of 6 minutes.
The fan is designed for installation in dark rooms
without windows. It is not suited for second room
ventilation. The fan will only switch off if the room
is dark.
