Before first Use
Take all parts of the apple peeler, corner and slicer out of the packaging. Keep all
parts of the packaging out of reach of children. Plastic bags can be a dangerous
toy for children. There is a risk of suffocation. Clean all pieces of the apple peeler
with warm soapy water before first use.
Preparation
1. Remove the protection cover from the prongs (3)
and clean the apple peeler carefully with warm
water and detergent.
2. Mount the crank (11) to the shaft (8) as shown on
page III.
3. Push down the release lever (10) and pull out the
shaft (8) completely. Turn the crank a few times in
order to lock the lever to the threaded shaft.
4. Turn the crank several times in order to make sure
that the prongs are lead exactly through the centre
of the coring/slicing blade (4). If needed, loosen the
wing screw and re-adjust the position of the coring/slicing blade.
5. Mount the peeling blade (6) to the peeling blade holder (2) and fasten the
blade with the wing screw.
Peeling, coring and slicing
1. Place the apple peeler on a solid, grease-free and
level surface. Flip the lever (9) up to 180 degrees (in
direction of the arrow) so that the suction cup can
adhere on the desktop and the device cannot move
during operation.
2. Push down the release lever (10) and pull the shaft (8) out completely.
3. Push an apple, stern end first, centred to the prongs (3). In order to get the
best possible peeling result, push the prongs completely into the apple.
4. Turn the crank clockwise and start peeling, coring and slicing. Continue turning
until the apple is peeled and sliced completely.
