be possible to use both hands for convenient
and safe assembly.
3. Press the spindle lock button (29) and
rotate the pad set by hand clockwise until the
button sinks and locks the spindle (25) move-
ment. Unwind the flexible pad (35) rotating it
anti-clockwise by hand. After removing the flex-
ible pad (35) ensure that the button (29) has
returned in its initial position and does not lock
the spindle (25) movement. In case the button
(29) still locks the spindle (25) rotate the spindle
by hand until the button has been released and
returned in its initial position.
4. Remove the flexible backing pad (35) and
the distance washer (34).
5. Clean the accessories for operation with
polishing pad and keep them for future use.
OPERATION
SWITCHING ON - SWITCHING Off
Switching on: The operating tool shall not con-
tact the processed surface. Push the ON/OFF
switch slider (33) forwards until its front end
sags, thus fixing itself. The symbol "I" appears.
Switching off:
Lead the machine out of the operating area,
press the rear raised end of the ON/OFF switch
slider (33) and let it return in initial position by
itself. The symbol "O" appears.
The operating tool should stop due to the ac-
tion of inertia and motor resistance. Do not apply
force to stop the tool otherwise the machine may
be damaged.
In case ambient temperature is lower than 0°C
the sander must be switched on only in "G" po-
sition of the speed regulator (36). After several
minutes operation at no-load the sander can be
used also in the rest of regulator positions.
ELECTRONIC CONTROL
The machine is equipped with electronic control
with the following functions:
Soft start
The electronic control ensures the machine
smooth start.
Adjusting the rotation speed
This power tool can be operated at various
speeds. To select speed turn the regulator (36)
situated on the driving machine (1) rear cover.
(Fig. 11)
To decrease speed - rotate the regulator (36)

from position G to position A while holding the
sander.
To increase speed - rotate the regulator from po-
sition A to position G.
Regulator
position
The optimum speed for operation with a spe-
cific tool and suitable for the material most
often is determined by experiment.
Constant speed
The machine features constant electronics to
maintain constant rpm independent from the
load, thus ensuring optimum conditions for op-
eration.
SANDING WALLS AND CEILINGS WITH
SANDPAPER OR ABRASIVE NET
BRUSH RING
The brush ring (7) is situated on the sanding
head (3) perimeter. The brush ring features two
functions:
- It is the brush ring that comes into contact with
the processed surface first. As a result the sand-
ing head becomes parallel to the surface even
before the operating tool contacts it. This en-
sures uniform contact between the the tool and
the surface.
- The brush ring retains the generated during
operation dust to be extracted by the dust ex-
traction system and the vacuum cleaner.
In case the brush ring (7) is damaged, deformed
or worn out it can not perform the functions it is
designed for and shall be replaced immediately.
SWING JOINT UNIT
Due to the design of the swing joint unit (8) the
sanding head (3) can rotate in different direc-
tions. The design ensures better accommoda-
tion of the sanding head (3) to the processed
surface. As a result the user can treat with equal
ease the upper, middle and lower parts of walls
as well as treat close to inner edges in the inter-
section of walls.
Due to the swing mechanism (8) and the machi-
ne length you can process ceilings up to 3.5 m
