b) Setting the tail mixer
The receiver/control module (see ill. 23, pos. 1) allows
you to adjust the rotation speed of the tail rotor to that of
the main rotor.
This may become necessary if e.g. the trim slider for the
tail function has to be shifted all the way to the stop, but
the helicopter still tends to rotate around the vertical axis
(rotor shaft).
The adjustment controller for the tail mixer (2) is located
on the right side of the receiver/controller module.
If you turn the adjuster controller further to the right using
the enclosed screwdriver, the rotation speed of the tail
rotor changes and the fuselage tip turns more to the left.
If you turn the adjuster controller to the left, the tail rotor speed increases and the fuselage tip is pushed more to the
right again.
The control was perfectly set in the factory. For this reason, you should not change the setting if you are
satisfied with the control behaviour of the model.
The short piece of wire on the receiver/control component (see ill. 23, pos. 3) serves as receiver antenna and should
be installed as straight as possible in the cabin hood. The wire may not be shortened or coiled!
