11. Replacement of the remote control battery
Remove the battery when the device is not in use for extended periods of time.
Leaking or damaged batteries may cause alkali burns if they come in contact with the skin.
Therefore, use suitable protective gloves.
Do not short-circuit the battery and do not throw it into fire. It also must not be recharged.
Danger of explosion.
• If the remote control no longer functions properly or the range reduces strongly, the battery is dis-
charged and must be replaced by a new one of the same type.
• Unlock the safety lever and pull the battery holder out at the rear of the remote control.
• Remove the discharged battery and insert a new 3V-Lithium button cell CD2025. The correct polarity is
indicated in the battery holder.
• Insert the batteries in the remote control again. The safety lever must latch cleanly
