Operation
After connection of the video output and the power supply, the
camera is ready for operation.
Switch the constant voltage source on.
Switch your TV set or the monitor on and the select the input to
which the camera is connection (such as AV input on the TV set).
The picture of the camera will appear on the screen.
In the unlikely event that no picture appears on the screen or
another malfunction occurs, immediately switch off the oper-
ating voltage and the TV set / monitor, and check once again
by using the "Troubleshooting" check list in these instructions
If the picture is not clear, the lens can be focussed by opening the
lens cover (1) (turn) and turning the lens (3). Proceed in reverse
sequence to close the lens.
The lens cover has to be well tightened to protect the camera.
Never operate the camera without the cover.

Maintenance
Check the technical safety of the camera and its power source for
damage to the connection cables or the housing, et cetera, at regu-
lar intervals.

Keep the device out of the reach of children. It is not a toy.
On commercial premises, the relevant accident prevention regula-
tions for electrical equipment have to be complied with.

before using the system.

Installation

In choosing the location to set up your camera, please note that
direct intense sunlight, vibrations, dust, heat, cold, and moisture
have to be avoided.
