It should be noted that the scatter of the measurement data recorded
using the dielectric procedure is proportionately larger than is the case
with the resistance procedure. The dielectric measuring method is not
suitable for quantitative measurements, and should be used solely for
qualitative moisture measurements in regions close to the surface.
