DJ PLAYER OPERATIONS
Playback Operations with Auto Cue
Function ON
These represent basic playback operations when the auto
cue function is on (the display's A. CUE indicator is lit).
1. Insert disc
÷ With the disc's label surface upward, insert the disc
into the front-panel's disc loading slot.
÷ When playing an 8 cm disc, place the disc in a
commercially available CD adapter before inserting
in the loading slot.
÷ Load only one disc at a time.
CAUTION
Do not attempt to press a disc back into the slot
when the EJECT indicator appears. Pressing a disc
back into the slot while the EJECT indicator appears
may cause the player to stop. In this case, press
the EJECT button again and wait until the EJECT
indicator goes out before reinserting the disc.
2. Press the PLAY/PAUSE button (6).
÷ Press after the CUE button's indicator has lighted.
Playback will begin immediately.
7 When playback of one track ends, the player advances
to cue the beginning of the next track and enters the
standby mode. The CUE indicator lights, and the PLAY/
PAUSE button's indicator flashes indicating the unit is
in playback standby mode. When the PLAY/PAUSE but-
ton (6) is pressed, the cued track will playback
immediately.
Cueing by Frames
7 Jog dial
During playback, press the PLAY/PAUSE button (6)
to enter standby mode, then rotate the jog dial to cue
by frame.
÷ Cueing is performed in increments of single frames
by rotating the jog dial. ( 75 frame = 1 second )
÷ When the jog dial is rotated clockwise, the player
cues forward; rotate counterclockwise to cue in the
reverse direction.
÷ Cueing is performed at the rate of 48 frames per
rotation of the jog dial.

Attaque Automatique en service
On trouvera ici les opérations de base quand la fonction
d'attaque automatique est activée (l'indicateur A. CUE est
allumé sur l'affichage).
1. Insérez un disque.
÷ L'étiquette étant tournée vers le haut, insérer le disque
dans la fente du logement sur le panneau avant.
÷ A la lecture d'un disque de 8 cm. placer celui-ci dans
un adaptateur CD disponible dans le commerce avant
de l'insérer dans la fente du logement.
÷ Insérer seulement un disque à la fois.
ATTENTION
Ne jamais essayer de repousser un disque dans le
logement pendant que l'indicateur EJECT est
allumé, car ceci provoquerait l'arrêt du lecteur. Dans
ce cas, appuyer à nouveau sur la touche EJECT et
attendre jusqu'á ce que s'éteigne l'indicateur EJECT
avant d'insérer à nouveau le disque.
2. Appuyer sur la touche PLAY/PAUSE (6).
÷ Appuyez après que l'indicateur de la touche CUE s'est
allumé. La lecture commence immédiatement.
7 A la fin de la lecture d'une plage, l'appareil passe au
début de la suivante et il s'y place en mode d'attente.
L'indicateur CUE s'allume et l'indicateur de la touche
PLAY/PAUSE clignote pour signaler que l'appareil se
trouve en mode d'attente de lecture. Quand la touche
PLAY/PAUSE (6) est alors actionnée, la lecture de la
plage localisée commence immédiatement.
Recherche par images
7 Molette pas-à-pas.
Pendant la lecture, appuyer sur la touche PLAY/PAUSE
(6) pour passer au mode d'attente, puis tourner la
molette pour effecteur la recherche par image.
÷ La recherche s'accomplit par paliers d'une image par
rotation de la molette (75 images = 1 seconde).
