equipment. At the end of its life please dispose of this
instrument in a manner appropriate to the relevant legal
requirements.

Scope of delivery

BC 15 humidity/temperature measuring device, 9 V
block battery, Operating instructions, Storage box.

Product description

The BC 15 is a high-quality measuring device for the
measurement of relative humidity as well as the cur-

rent temperature. The robust and handy device has a
high-precision and responsive branded semi-conductor
sensor. The device is calibrated at the factory.

Replacing the battery

If the battery symbol is shown in the display, the bat-
teries must be replaced as soon as possible to prevent
erroneous measurements.
Proceed as follows to replace the batteries:
• Switch off the measuring instrument.
• Loosen the battery compartment screw on the back of
the device, and slide the lid of the battery compart-
ment (7) out of the housing.
• Replace the fl at battery with a new one of the same
type (e.g. 1604A).
• Close the measuring device again carefully in reverse.
