decoder of this player.
Dynamic Range Compression
Dynamic Range Compression reduces volume changes
by letting you adjust the difference between soft and loud
sounds.
Press or to set Dynamic Range higher dynamic
sound will be produced if dynamic range is selected.

VIDEO SETUP

Select video setup in the setup menu then press ENTER
button.
• Press or to select sharpness, brightness, contrast
then press button.
• Press to go back and select another picture setting
as needed.
For sharpness, choose high, medium, low 3 different levels.

For BRIGHTNESS, the range is –20 to +20.
For CONTRAST, the range is –16 to +16.

PREFERENCE SETUP MENU

Select PREFERENCE SETUP in the setup menu, then
press ENTER.
TV Type
TV type will be selected. Press .
• Press or to select NTSC, PAL, AUTO then press
ENTER.
– Choose NTSC if your TV is NTSC -compatible.
Choose PAL if your TV is PAL -compatible. Choose
AUTO if you want the player to automatically select
the color system of the current DVD. The TV system
setting must be AUTO.
