Removing the humidity filter
Even the humidity filter 8 situated above the
high humidity drawer can be removed for cleaning. First
remove the high humidity drawer, then pull out the
humidity filter.
Lift off the filter cover, remove the filter, clean in tepid
water, allow to dry and re assemble.
Do NOT use abrasive or acidic detergents or solvents.
To ensure that the condensation flow is not obstructed,
clean the condensation channel and drain hole regularly.
Clean the condensation channel with cotton buds, etc.
Water used for cleaning must NOT run through the drain
hole into the evaporation pan.
Warning:
NEVER clean shelves or containers in the dishwasher, as
they may warp.

Tips for saving energy
Install the appliance in a cool, well ventilated room,

but not in direct sunlight and not near a heat source
(radiator, cooker, etc.). Otherwise, use an insulating
plate.
Leave warm food and drinks to cool down first.

Thaw frozen food by placing it in the refrigerator

compartment. The low temperature of the frozen
food will then cool the food in the refrigerator
compartment.
Open the appliance door as briefly as possible.

Occasionally clean the rear of the appliance with

a vacuum cleaner or paint brush to prevent an
increased power consumption.

Humming - refrigerating unit is running.
Bubbling, gurgling or whirring noises -
refrigerant is flowing through the tubing.
Clicking - motor is switching on or off.
Noises which can be easily rectified
The appliance is not level
Please align the appliance with a spirit level. Use the
height adjustable feet or place something under the feet.
The appliance is touching adjacent units
or appliances
Please move the appliance away from adjacent units
or appliances.
Drawers, baskets or storage areas are loose
or sticking
Please check the removable parts and, if required,
reinsert them.
Receptacles are touching each other
Please move bottles or receptacles away from each
other.
