4.4 Tools

1. Information
Contains various information about the set-top box.
2. Factory setting
You will be asked to enter a password. The default password is „0000". Then a message
box appears and asking if you really want to reset all data in the factory setting. Confirm
it with YES or NO to cancel.
3. Upgrade by RS232
Future firmware updates can be loaded via the RS232 interface. For connection to a
conventional RS232 cable, you need an adapter that you obtained from your dealer. On
our website www.megasat.tv you will find the current firmware.
