Counter Knife Pressure
The knife should securely cut with the least possible amount of pressu-
re.
Caution Risk of Injury !
Turn the main switch off.
Set the guide plate and counter knife pressure only with the sewing
unit turned off.
Counter knife pressure
–
Loosen screw 1.
–
Swing the carrier 2 with counter knife.
–
Tighten screw 1.
–
Conduct a check.
Place a thread behind the pulling hook of the swung-back thread
pull knife. Swing the thread pull knife manually to the counter knife.
If the thread is not cut flawlessly the counter knife pressure must
be reset.
