Nozzles recommended
Delavan 80° type A.
The burner complies with the emission requirements of the EN
267 standard.
In order to guarantee that emissions do not vary, recommended
and/or alternative nozzles specified by Riello in the Instruction
and warning booklet should be used.
It is advisable to replace nozzles every year dur-
ing regular maintenance operations.
WARNING
The use of nozzles other than those specified by
Riello S.p.A. and inadequate regular maintenance
may result into emission limits non-conforming to
the values set forth by the regulations in force, and
CAUTION
in extremely serious cases, into potential hazards
to people and objects.
The manufacturing company shall not be liable for
any such damage arising from nonobservance of
the requirements contained in this manual.

Pump pressure
The pump leaves the factory set at 14 bar.

Adjusting air delivery
Depending on burner output, regulate air by rotating the feeder 5)
(Fig. 18) and then the regulator 6).
The regulations given in the Tab. A page 17, are purely indica-
tive. Each system has working conditions that cannot be forecast
beforehand: effective nozzle capacity, pressure or depression in
the combustion chamber, excess air, etc.
All these conditions can require different air regulation.
8.5.1
Feeder regulation
Do the following make the regulation:
Remove the hood from the burner 1) (Fig. 18), loosen the
four screws 2) and remove the casing assembly 3).
Loosen the three screws 4) and turn the feeder 5) position-
ing it in accordance with the values shown in the Tab. A
page 17.
Tighten the three screws 4) with a torque no higher than
0.8 Nm.
it is important to ensure correct tightening of the
feeder by means of the screws 4), in order not to
lose any loss of burner calibration during opera-
tion, being very careful not to ruin the casing gas-

Regulator positioning
Do the following make the regulation:
Loosen the screw 7) (Fig. 18), turn the regulator 6) to the
position required as per to the values shown in the Tab. A
page 17.
Clockwise rotation increases the airflow section and
reduces the CO
When calibrated, tighten up the screw 7) with a tightening
torque of no more than 0.8 Nm.
It is important to make sure that tigtening of
