The Leica TL is turned ON and OFF via the main switch:
– = Turned off
OFF
– ON = Turned on
It is also used to release the built-in fl ash unit:
– = Flash unit pops up
• The monitor image appears when the camera is turned on.
Note:
The fi rst time you turn on, or when you turn on after resetting all
settings, appears in the top right of the monitor. Pressing
PLAY ▸
this display starts a welcome video. Playback can be stopped at
any time by pressing .
SKIP ▸
The submenu then appears, and when you have made
LANGUAGE
the settings the submenu, and fi nally, once you have
DATE/TIME
made the settings here, the monitor screen.
