2/4-channel transmission module "FS20 S4M"
With the universal transmitter module, the photo diode may protrude on the side or angled
upwards like with the "FS20 SD" depending on the application.
The illustration above shows where to solder the photo diode on to R7 (cathode of the IR diode)
and the ground contact of C5 (anode of the IR diode).
Shorten the connection wires accordingly and angle them at the end. When angling and
soldering, make sure that the connections cannot cause a short circuit on the circuit board.

As shown in the illustration above, the photo diode is soldered directly onto R2 (cathode of the
IR diode) and the ground contact of button S4 (anode of the IR diode).
Shorten and angle the connection wires accordingly with a distance to the circuit board to
prevent a short circuit!
