Application overview

Using
■ Fine rasping of carrots, potatoes, zuc-
chini, paprika, cheese, also very good
for chocolate.
■ Cutting carrots, cucumbers, zucchini,
potatoes, turnip cabbage, onions, pa-
prika, beetroot, apples, cheese (e.g., for
salads, vegetable side dishes etc.).
■ Cutting chips, vegetable sticks for wok
dishes etc.
■ Cutting carrots, cucumbers, zucchini,
potatoes, turnip cabbage etc.
■ For potatoes (for example, for potato
pancakes, raw dumplings), hazelnuts for
cakes, less suitable for chocolate,
