1. REPAIR SERVICE
This C3 is a SCHUBERTH quality product. Should a repair however become
necessary, please contact your dealer.
Caution:
If a repair order is submitted without a clear indication of the fault, we
and/or your dealer shall be entitled to examine the article and/or to
delay fulfilling the repair until we have spoken with you directly. If, during
the course of repairing a specified fault, further faults are discovered,
we and/or your dealer shall be entitled, but not obliged, to repair
these without an additional order being placed where these repairs are
necessary for the proper functioning of the article and the costs are
minor in relation to the cost of the original repair order. In other cases
your agreement will be required.
2. WARRANTY
Your specialist dealers provide a warranty for purchased equipment.
In Germany, the warranty period is 2 years. Should you have a reason to
complain, please contact your specialist retailer or its service address.
We ask that you provide as precise a description of the complaint as
possible as well as a copy of your receipt.
