4.6 400 Metre Track
The 400 Meters Track will be displayed on the simulation running track. The flashing dot indicates your
progress, but only to show an approximate speed of effort. Once the 400 meter is complete, the buzzer will
sound three times, this feature will begin again.
4.7 Pulse Grip Feature
The Pulse (Heart Rate) console window will display your current heart rate in beats per minute during the
workout. You must use both stainless steel sensors to display your pulse. Pulse value displays anytime the
upper display is receiving a Grip Pulse signal.
4.8 Calorie Display
Displays the cumulative calories burned at any given time during your workout.
Note: This is only a rough guide used for comparison of different exercise
sessions, which cannot be used for medical purposes.
4.9 Folding and Unfolding Treadmill:
4.9.1 Folding
First, lift the back part of the frame board with your hand till you hear a light sound, which means the folding
system has been locked. Running board can't be turned to the opposite direction now.
4.9.2 Unfolding
Place the folded treadmill in a spacious area. Then pull down the footplate till it is unlocked. Please stand back
for more than 1.5 meters and release it, then it will open automatically.
4.9.3 Transport
Carefully lift the treadmill at the rear roller area, grasping the two side end caps, and roll the treadmill away.
4.10 Programmable Operations
This treadmill offers 25 present programs (P1,P2,P3......P15, see attachment). 5
Each preset program has a maximum speed level that is displayed when a desired workout is chosen. The speed
that the particular program will achieve will be displayed in the Speed window. Each program has various
speed changes throughout.
