CAUTION! Only use cutting
wheels with a diameter of
150 mm!
CAUTION! Always replace
cutting wheels in pairs!
CAUTION! Observe the direction
of operation of the cutting
wheels! The arrow mark on the
cutting wheels must match the one
on the protective hood (3).
Setting the cutting width
Set the cutting width with the help of
the spacers (14a, b). Depending on the
thickness of the spacers (14a or 14b),
cutting widths of between 14 and 19
mm may be set, including the thickness
of the discs (Figure 7).
When using both spacers, you can
achieve a cutting width of 29 mm
(Figure 6).
CAUTION! When using one spacer,
the remaining spacer is placed
between the tensioning flange (6) and
the cutting disc (7) (Figure 7)!
CAUTION! At least one spacer
must be placed between the
cutting discs!
After changing the discs or setting the
cutting width there should be no parts
left unused. Put the tensioning flange
onto the spindle (16) and use the face
spanner (22) to tighten by turning to the
left (!). Hold down the spindle lock
whilst doing so.
CAUTION! Ensure that the
individual components are firmly
in place!

Setting the depth stop/cutting depth
Loosen the screw (4) and move the
stop (5) to set the required stop depth
(Figure 8).
Dust extraction
The wall chaser generates a lot of dust
when in use. For this reason, wear a
dust protection mask and always
connect to a vacuum with the help of
the vacuum adapter.
In the event of disruptions within the
vacuum system, stop working and
eliminate the problem.
Mounting the vacuum adapter
The vacuum adapter (25) is mounted to
the vacuum supports (9) by turning in
such a way that it points away from the
machine and upwards to the left.
Loosen the screw cap of the vacuum
adapter and insert the hose of your
industrial vacuum into the adapter.
Tighten the screw cap.
CAUTION! Ensure that the
adapter is fitted securely!
8 – Operation
Switching On/Off
Switching on: Press the safety
switch (11a), only then is it possible to
activate the On/Off switch (11).
Ensure that the machine has reached
the full revolutions before you start
work.
Switching off: Release the switch (11).
