Worked surface uneven:
Planer knives are installed uneven.
− Adjust planer knives with setting
gauge.
Feed rate too little
Resin built-up on bearing surfaces of
centre table, infeed table or outfeed
table.
− Clean bearing surfaces and apply a
light coat of sliding wax.
Work piece jammed
Too much material removed in one pass.
− Make several passes at less depth
of cut.
