ONTAGE DER
Stülpen Sie anschließend die Holzumbauten
des Betthaupt/Kopfteil [12] und Betthaupt/Fuß-
teil [3] jeweils auf die Rohrrahmen des Kopf und
Fußteils [11] + [2].
Stecken Sie die Holzumbauten bis zum
Anschlag auf.
Schrauben Sie beide Holzumbauten [3] +
[12] unten, auf beiden Seiten, mit den Kreuz-
schlitzschrauben M 6 x 30 mm [a] an den Rohr-
rahmen [2] + [11] fest.
Schrauben Sie am Fußteil den Holzlauf mit
der Schraube [b] fest.
Diese Arbeitsschritte müssen nur bei der
Erstmontage durchgeführt werden. Bei
weiteren Montagen/Demontagen muss der
Holzumbau auf dem Fahrgestell verbleiben.

ONTAGE DER
An allen vier ecken des Bettes befindet sich in
den Holzumbauten [3] + [12] eine eingelassene
Führungsschiene für die Seitensicherungs -
holme [6].
In ihnen läuft jeweils ein Kunststoffschieber mit
4 Kunststoffzapfen. Die Kunststoffzapfen greifen
in die Langlöcher, in den Stirnseiten der 4 Sei-
tensicherungsholme.
Die Seitensicherungsholme können bei Bedarf
angestellt oder abgesenkt werden.
Beginnen Sie beim Betthaupt/Kopfteil:
Stecken Sie die Seitensicherungsholme auf
die Kunststoffzapfen.
Die Seitensicherungsholme sind auf der einen
Schmalseite abgeflacht und auf der anderen
abgerundet. Die runde Seite muss bei beiden
Holmen nach oben zeigen.
Gehen Sie jetzt zum Betthaupt/Fußteil.
Lösen Sie die Imbuschrauben am Liegeflä-
chenrahmen.

SSEMBLY OF THE WOODEN BOARDS
Finally put the wooden board/head section
[12] and the wooden board/foot section [3] re-
spectively, on the tubular frame head and foot
section [11] + [2].
Insert the wooden boards all the way.
Tightly screw the lower section of the two
wooden boards [3] + [12] on both sides to the
tubular frame [2] + [11] with the M 6 x 30 mm
[a] Philips head screws.
Screw on the strip handle on the foot board
using screw [b].
These steps of procedure have to be made
only for the initial assembly.
For further assemblies/disassemblies the
wooden boards should stay on the tubular
frame.

SSEMBLY OF THE SIDE RAIL BEAMS
On all four corners of the bed you will find a
guide bar embedded in the wooden boards
[3] + [12] for the side rail beams [6].
In each of these runs a plastic slide with 4 plastic
plugs. The plastic plugs fit into the slots on the
ends of the 4 side rail beams.
The side rail beams can be raised or lowered,
as needed.
Start with the end board/head section:
Fit the side rail beams onto the plastic plugs.
The top and bottom of the side rail beams are
flattened and rounded respectively. The round
side of the bars must point upward.
Now go to the end board/foot section.
Loosen the Allen screws on the reclining
surface frame.
