Operating the SaneoTENS

Preparing for treatment

The device is switched off; no display is present.
Please connect the electrode cable with connector socket
en
Channel A at the front of the device.
Should you intend using both channels, connect an additional
electrode cable with connector socket Channel B.
Preparing skin areas to be treated
Clean the skin areas to be treated of all perspiration, moisture
and dirt. Ensure that the skin is dry (do not use any ointments or
creams) and intact.
Please remove the body surface electrodes from the
protective packaging.
Connect the electrodes with the electrode cable (scope of
delivery).

Positioning the electrodes

Electrode application can be used to treat various indications.
An electrode with two adhesive surfaces is connected to
Channel A or to Channel B.
The electrode application and the program selected must
match; see chapter Program overview, page 18.
Place (stick) the electrodes as appropriate to match your
program and according to the electrode application illustrated
in the cover of these instructions for use. Observe the
safety notes (page 4)!
After treatment, the electrodes can be stuck back on the
carrier sheet and stored in the protective packaging.
