How can I remove the motor from the cylinder?
They won't come apart.
Try again using a rotating movement. If that doesn't
help, you can hold the cylinder under hot water and
then try again to release the motor.
If this still doesn't help, you can send us the motor
with the cylinder.

Try using a smaller, tighter constriction ring.

It is possible to use two constriction rings togeth-
er. There are also specially made elongated guide
sleeves, which you can find on list of spare parts.

The erection is still good as long as I'm
pumping with the cylinder, but as soon as
I put the constriction ring on the erection
gets weaker. Then I can't really have sex.
There is a little trick that will help you to maintain a
really firm erection by „re-pumping". After slipping
the constriction ring on, you use the pump again.
Remove the grey guide sleeves from the cylinder.
Now put just the pump with the cylinder over your
penis, which already has the constriction ring in
place. Press the cylinder firmly against the shaft and
produce a vacuum around the penis again. Blood
can now flow into the penis, but it can't flow out
again. After you take the cylinder off, the erection
will now be really firm and at right angles to your
body.
I use the large guide sleeve, but it is difficult to
pull the glans out of the cylinder through the
large guide sleeve when the penis is erect.
Don't use the guide sleeve at all, just stretch the
constriction ring directly onto the cylinder. Then it
should work.

When my penis is erect, the glans is up against
the motor. Is there a longer cylinder?
Yes, there is cylinder which is about 5 cm longer,
which you can find in our parts list. We would be
happy to advise you.
My penis completely fills the cylinder when it's
erect, and it's difficult to pull it out. Is there a

larger and longer cylinder which fits onto the motor

there anything I can do?
Yes, the white membrane on the motor may be
clogged up. This sometimes happens with lubricant
residues. Etc. You can clean the white membrane on
the motor carefully: take a cotton bud and moisten
it. You can then use it to clean the outside of the
Goretex® membrane carefully. Note: don't apply
too much pressure, or you could make a hole in the
membrane. If this is doesn't work, you can send the
motor to us for repair.
