Note: If no pulse signal is detected, the computer will show "P" in PULSE window. If "ERR" or "E" is
displayed, pulse recovery function cannot be started. Make sure, that you fully grasp the hand sen-
sors resp. that the chest belt is attached correctly.
DISTANCE BAR: Every bar indicates 100 meter or 0.1 mile.

Button functions

There are 6 buttons with different functions:
1. START/STOP
a. Quick Start - start the computer without selecting a program (manual workout only).
Time automatically begins to count up from zero.
b. During exercise, press the button to STOP exercise.
c. During stop mode, press the button to START exercise.
2. UP
a. Press this button to increase the resistance during exercise.
b. During setting mode, press the button to adjust the values of time, distance, calories
and program.
3. DOWN
a. Press this button to decrease the resistance during exercise.
b. During setting mode, press the button to adjust the values of time, distance, calories
and program.
4. ENTER
a. During setting mode, press the button to confirm any input.
b. In stop mode, press and hold button for min. 2 seconds to reset all data.
c. During clock setting mode, press the button to confirm hour / minute.
5. BODY FAT
Press this button to start the body fat measurement. You have to input your personal data with the
help of "UP", "DOWN" and "ENTER" first for:
1. Height in cm
2. Weight in kg
3. Gender
4. Age in years
6. PULSE RECOVERY
Press this button to start the heart recovery measurement.
