• Mount the suction cups onto the bracket (4).
• Mount the cradle onto the glass with the water intakes at the bottom, after having
carefully cleaned the glass.
• It is recommended that the filter is installed in a back corner of the tank. The water
level should not go over the line of the upper/superior cover of the pump.
• Place the filter unit onto the bottom pin and pivot the unit until it locks into the top
part of the cradle (5)
SETTING
The filter incorporates a Venturi system for the oxygenation of the water.
• In order to work correctly the air intake has to be over the water level (6).
• The quantity of air can be adjusted by the air flow control knob (7/A).
• The flow can be directed over 90° by rotating the filtering unit (7/B) and the
deflector (7/C). The water flow can be suited to the tank size and fish kept by the
flow control knob (7/D).
MAINTENANCE
Attention: Always disconnect all appliances inside the aquarium from the electric
power supply before carrying out any maintenance.
• Remove pump and filter unit from the cradle by pivoting them on the bottom pin (2).
• Dismantle components as done in (8). Carefully clean the impeller and the impeller
chamber removing all debris; rinse the filter foam in old aquarium water, remove the
filter media container from the bottom cover and if necessary, replace the filter media (3).
• Assemble the unit in inverted order taking care to place the filter foam on the strainer
as done in (10), except for model 15/50. If the Venturi system does not allow enough
air the silencer (muffler) must be cleaned. Open the top lid of the pump (9), remove
the silencer (muffler) taking it by the stamp hinge, clean carefully all the grooves.
Reassemble in the reverse order.

provided for in this paragraph and the legal regulations currently in force. The
guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and includes the repair or replacement
of the product free of charge. The guarantee does not cover damage and/or defects
caused by carelessness, wear, unsuitable usage not complying with the instructions
and warnings in this manual, accidents, tampering, incorrect use, bad repair work or
purchases not accompanied by a fiscal receipt.

• Quando collegate l'apparecchio alla rete, assicuratevi che il punto più basso del
cordone sia più basso della presa elettrica, in modo da evitare che eventuali gocce
d'acqua presenti sul cavo possano accidentalmente entrare nella presa stessa (11).
• Questo apparecchio è destinato all'uso interno.
• La temperatura del liquido non deve superare i 35° C.
• Non collegate l'apparecchio alla presa di corrente quando è ancora fuori
dall'acqua.
• Non utilizzate se il cavo o l'apparecchio dovessero in qualche modo risultare
danneggiati.
