1 Einleitung
1.1 Verwendung
Thermostate regeln und überwachen thermische Prozesse.
Die Geräte sind lieferbar als:
• Temperaturregler TR
• Temperaturwächter TW
• Sicherheitstemperaturwächter STW (STB)
• Sicherheitstemperaturbegrenzer STB
Der STB versetzt bei Störungen die überwachte Anlage in einen betriebssicheren
Zustand.
Aufbauthermostate arbeiten nach dem Prinzip der Flüssigkeitsausdehnung.
Als elektrisches Schaltelement dient ein Mikroschalter.
Die Thermostate entsprechen der VDE 0631.
Für zugelassene Fühler und Schutzhülsen siehe Typenblatt 606710.
Baumusterprüfung nach DIN EN 14597, Druckgeräterichtlinie 2014/68/EU (nur
STW und STB)
Wartung: Die Geräte sind wartungsfrei. Im Falle einer Störung, senden Sie bitte
das Gerät mit genauer Fehlerangabe an den Lieferanten zurück.
1.2 Sicherheitshinweise
• Knicken oder Durchtrennen der Fernleitung führt zum dauerhaftem Ausfall des Gerätes.
• Beim Verlegen der Fernleitung den Biegeradius
• Beim Bruch des Messsystems kann Flüssigkeit austreten.

Introduction
Use
Thermostats control and monitor thermal processes.
The devices are available as:
• Temperature controllers TR
• Temperature monitors TW
• Safety temperature monitors STW (STB)
• Safety temperature limiters STB.
In the event of a malfunction, the STB switches the monitored machine to a safe
operating status.
Surface-mounted thermostats operate according to the fluid expansion principle.
A microswitch isused as an electrical switching element.
The thermostats comply with VDE 0631.
For approved sensors and thermowells see data sheet 606710.
Type examination as per DIN EN 14597, Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU
(STW and STB only)
Maintenance: The devices do not require any maintenance. In the event of a fault, please return
the instrument to the supplier, together with an exact description of the fault you have observed.

Introduction
Utilisation
Les thermostats régulent et surveillent des process thermiques.
Les appareils sont disponibles en tant que:
• Régulateur de température TR
• Contrôleur de température TW
• Contrôleur de température de sécurité STW (STB)
• Limiteur de température de sécurité STB
En cas de défaut, le limiteur de température de sécurité STB place l'installation
surveillée dans un état de sécurité défini.
Le thermostat pour montage en saillie fonctionnent selon le principe de la dilata-
tion des liquides. Un microrupteur sert d'organe de coupure électrique.
Les thermostats WTHc répondent aux normes VDE 0631.
Pour les sondes et les doigts de gant homologués, voir la fiche technique 606710.

Entretien : les appareils ne nécessitent aucun entretien. En cas de panne,
retournez nous l'appareil en nous donnant un maximum de précisions.
