3. ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION

Assembly

The stepper is 99% assembled.

Insert the adjustment knob into the front of the main frame, as shown in figure 2.

If you wish to use them, install the resistance bands on the right and left hook rings which

are on the front of the pedals.

Climbing height adjustment

The adjustment knob is located on the front stem of the stepper and allows you to

change the climbing height. A higher altitude requires more effort during exercise, while a

lower altitude requires less effort.

Adjust the knob to the height you consider appropriate.

Press the button to set and display the following functions:

: displays the steps or strides per minute.

: displays each function in order.

: displays the duration of the training session.

: displays the calories burned.

: displays the number of steps during training.

Note:

1. The console automatically switches off when the sensor does not receive any motion

signal, or the button is not pressed for approximately 4 minutes.

2. The console can be reset by replacing the battery or by pressing the MODE button for 3

seconds.

Replacing the battery

Remove the console from the main frame.

Take out the battery.

Replace the battery for a new one and make sure that it is placed correctly.

Return the console to its original position and make sure it is fully in position.
