recording trigger status is displayed on the
LCD screen of the camcorder. For details,
see the icon description (page 7).
• The recording date, time, and color bars
cannot be recorded when recording in
RAW.
• Flicker adjustment is disabled.
• Images are recorded in 17:9 in RAW, but
are displayed on the LCD screen of the
camcorder in 16:9 (Edge Crop).
• When recording in RAW, SDI output
settings are disabled.
• RAW images recorded on an external
recorder cannot be played back on this
camcorder. To view recorded RAW
images, connect the AXS-R5 to a monitor,
and then play back the images.
• Changing the gamma curve may change
the dynamic range of the image recorded
(output), depending on the type of gamma
curve.
• Noise may appear in an image, depending
on the combination of gamma and
recording mode.
• The [REC BUTTON SETTING] status
check is not displayed when shooting
RAW output only.
• When shooting in Super Slow Motion, the
final few frames of images being recorded
are the same image. In some cases, a noise
image may be included.
• Lens compensation is not performed for
video recorded in RAW format.
• Setting the lens compensation setting
(CAMERA/PAINT t LENS
COMPENSATION in the menu) to OFF
allows you to check video equivalent to
RAW video.
