Inserting batteries

2 AAA 1.5 V batteries are required to operate the camera.
► Slide the catch of the battery compartment in the direction
indicated by the arrow and open the battery compartment
cover.
► Slide the battery compartment in the direction indicated by the
arrow and open the battery compartment.
► Insert the batteries as illustrated. Observe the polarity (as
shown).
► Close the battery compartment and move the catch back to its
original position.
