► To avoid irreparable damage, when you are cleaning the
appliance ensure that no moisture can penetrate into it.
► Always unplug the mains adapter r before cleaning the
appliance.
► Unscrew the salt crystal z anticlockwise from the mounting 9
on the base 8.
► To prevent damage, do not empty the appliance over the
ventilation slit 0 . When emptying the appliance, note the
pouring direction arrow q on the water tank 3.
► Under no circumstances should you try to remove scale de-
posits with a pointed or sharp object. The appliance could be
irreparably damaged.
