Possible cause
Temperature set in the appliance is
too low and the ambient tempera‐
ture is too high.
During the automatic defrosting
process, frost melts on the rear
plate.
Door was opened too frequently.
Door was not closed completely.
Stored food was not wrapped.
Food products prevent the water
from flowing into the water collector.
The water outlet is clogged.
The melting water outlet is not con‐
nected to the evaporative tray above
the compressor.
The FastFreeze function or Fast‐
Cool function is switched on.
The temperature is not set correctly. Set a higher/lower temperature.
The door is not closed correctly.
The food products' temperature is
too high.
Many food products are stored at
the same time.
The door has been opened often.
The FastFreeze function is switched
on.
The FastCool function is switched
on.
There is no cold air circulation in the
appliance.
The appliance is in the demonstra‐
tion mode.
Solution
Set a higher temperature. Refer to
"Control panel" chapter.
This is correct.
Open the door only when necessa‐
ry.
Make sure the door is closed com‐
pletely.
Wrap food in suitable packaging be‐
fore storing it in the appliance.
Make sure that food products do not
touch the rear plate.
Clean the water outlet.
Attach the melting water outlet to
the evaporative tray.
Switch off FastFreeze function or
FastCool function manually, or wait
until the function deactivates auto‐
matically to set the temperature. Re‐
fer to "FastFreeze function" or "Fast‐
Cool function" section.

Let the food products temperature
decrease to room temperature be‐
fore storage.
Store less food products at the
same time.
Open the door only if necessary.
Refer to "FastFreeze function" sec‐
tion.

Make sure that there is cold air cir‐
culation in the appliance. Refer to
"Hints and tips" chapter.
To exit the demonstration mode,
press and hold the OK button for ap‐
proximately 10 seconds until you
hear a long sound and the display
turns off for a short time.
