35.2.4 ip ospf priority
Configure the OSPF router priority which the router uses in multi-access net-
works for the designated router election algorithm. The router with the higher
router priority is the designated router. A value of 0 declares the router as ine-
ligible for designated router elections.

Configure the OSPF transmit-delay for the interface, in seconds. The trans-
mit-delay is the time that you estimate it takes to transmit a link-state update
