4. ACCESSORIES
Depending on the size of the fruit to be squeezed, the juicer has several sets of cups and balls to
choose from (included as standard or available as accessories):
a
For fruit with diameter between 45-62 mm: Small cups and balls (light grey), small kit
separator, small kit inner hopper supplement, inner basket for small kit and funnel [Fig. 22].

For fruit with diameter between 55-75mm: Medium cups and balls (orange), separator for
medium kit [Fig. 23].
c
For fruit with diameter between 70-90mm: Large cups and balls (purple), separator for large kit
[Fig. 24].
WARNING! The components of different squeezing Kits should not be mixed.
5. SERVICING MANUAL
•
We recommend disconnecting the machine from the power before starting any assembly,
disassembly or cleaning processes.
•
Do not wash the machine with direct jets of water and/or at high pressure.
•
The parts comprising the squeezing zone (cups, balls, squeezing tray, tray filter, cutting blade and
front cover), should be cleaned at least once a day following the cleaning instructions in 5.8
DISASSEMBLY AND CLEANING.
•
The juicer produces citrus juice with pH of 4.5, and it is therefore not considered to be a potentially
hazardous food.
5.1.
GETTING STARTED
•
Depending on the size of fruit to be squeezed, the most appropriate squeezing kit for the size of
the fruit should be fitted in order to ensure the best possible performance and reduce the
possibility of incidents. See 4. ACCESSORIES.
