Note
The dowels supplied are only suitable for load-bearing
masonry. Special dowels must be used for other wall
materials.
1. Align the fixing plate for the wall bracket with a spirit
level and mark the drill holes.
2. Drill the holes (10 mm).
3. Insert the dowels into the drill holes.
4. Fasten the fixing plate for the wall bracket with the
enclosed washers and screws.

Inserting the wall bracket
1. Hook in the top two hooks of the wall bracket.
2. Swing in the wall bracket so that the lower two hooks
are inserted into the lower slots of the fixing plate.
3. Push the wall bracket down until all 4 hooks are firm-
ly seated in the fixing plate.

ATTENTION
Danger of injury and damage
Danger from the hose box falling down.
Check for tight fit of the hose box.
1. Place the hose box on the wall bracket. The hose
box locks itself in place.

The hose box can be swivelled freely, depending on the
clearance on the wall.
Moving the hose stopper
If the external hose length needs to be extended, the
hose stopper can be moved.
1. Release the two screws on the stopper with a Torx
screwdriver (T15).
2. Move the stopper to the desired position and screw
tight.

Connecting the water
1. If necessary, attach the water tap connector to the
water tap. Connect the supply hose to the water tap.
2. Connect the supply hose to the side of the water in-
let of the hose box.
3. Attach the syringe or other KÄRCHER watering ac-
cessories to the water hose.

4. Open the water tap.
Operation
Unrolling the water hose
1. Attach the syringe or other KÄRCHER watering ac-
cessories to the hose coupling of the water hose.
2. Pull out the water hose to the desired length. The
locking function of the hose box can be activated at
approx. 25 - 45 cm intervals and is noticeable by a
click.

CAUTION
Risk of injury due to retracting hose
Make sure that there are no persons near the hose inlet.

Risk of damage
Make sure that the water hose has free return flow. It
should not be heavily soiled before winding to ensure
automatic winding.
1. Release the lock with a short pull on the water hose
to start the automatic winding.
2. The water hose is rolled up evenly.
In case of hose blockages, pull out the water hose
completely and let it retract again.
1. Close the water tap.
2. Allow water pressure to escape from the system by
briefly turning the sprayer open and closed or by op-
erating another KÄRCHER watering accessory.
CAUTION
Risk of injury or damage due to non-observance of
the weight
Be aware of the weight of the device during transporta-
tion.
1. Remove the hose box from the wall bracket, see
chapter Removing and storing the hose box.

2. Use the carrying handle at the top of the hose box
for transport.
Note
The hose box can then be placed on the ground spike
(*) without tools.

CAUTION

the weight
Be aware of the weight of the device during storage.
The hose box can be stored outdoors over the winter
when empty.
ATTENTION

Freezing water can damage the hose box.
When storing outdoors over winter, it is essential that
the hose box is completely empty.
1. Remove the supply hose from the water tap and the
hose box.
2. Empty the water in the hose box completely.
Removing and storing the hose box
1. Pull the two release slides of the hose box outwards.
2. Remove the hose box from the wall bracket and
store it in a frost-free place.

3. If required, store KÄRCHER watering accessories
directly on the accessory holder of the wall bracket.
CAUTION
Risk of damage
Do not attach the hose box if the wall bracket is hung
vertically on the wall bracket for storage!
For space-saving storage, the wall bracket can be re-
moved and hooked onto the fixing plate from above.
