Connection to the WLAN and the Suntec Wellness APP
• Please download the "SUNTEC Wellness" app from the App Store or Google Play and install it.
• Please create a user account after the installation.
• Please activate the Bluetooth access in the settings of your mobile device.
• Please place the device within 5 meters of your router.
• As soon as you have connected the device to the power, the WiFi indicator flashes. If no connection
attempt is made for 3 minutes, the indicator on the device goes out.
• To establish a new connection, please press the "WiFi" button for approx. 5 seconds until the WiFi
indicator flashes quickly.
• Please follow the steps below in the app as soon as the indicator flashes:
Please select "Add device".

• Please select under the category "large household appliances", "portable air conditioner" and
then follow the instructions on your mobile phone screen.
As soon as the device is successfully connected, the WiFi indicator lights up constantly.

• The device works with the most popular voice assistants from Amazon and Google.
• In order to use the voice function of Amazon or Google, it is necessary to couple the device
once with the "SUNTEC Wellness" app. All further steps are displayed in the app.
To remove the device from the WLAN, please press the "WiFi" button for approx. 3 seconds
•
until the WiFi indicator disappears.

Emptying of the water tank
• As soon as the water tank is full, the Watertank full indicator lights up, the standby mode automatically
turns on, it will sound the warning alarm and all the buttons will be locked until the tank is emptied.
Turn off the power and unplug the power

to remove the rubber stopper on the bottom
of the unit and let the water leak into a
container. Once you reboot the device, it
will work normally.
Continuous drainage (only in dehumidifying

mode): Remove the rubber stopper on the
bottom of the unit and connect the drainage
hose to the opening. Let the water leak into
