7.3 Ground wire

The motor housing must be
earthed to protect the drive
against damage or destruction
due to static discharge (ESD)
• The motor housing must be connected to the machine
earth via a separate earth wire
• Please do not touch the connector pins
• If possible, the drives should only be handled by
persons wearing protective ESD equipment

7.3 Schutzleiter Anschluss

• Das Motorgehäuse muss mit einer separaten Erdlei-
tung mit der Maschinenmasse verbunden werden.
• Bitte die Steckerpins nicht berühren.
• Nach Möglichkeit sollten die Antriebe nur von Perso-
nen mit ESD-Schutzausrüstung angefasst werden.
