USE
Before first use
• Thoroughly wash the pizza stone in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry. DO NOT
immerse the pizza oven itself in water or any other liquid.
• Connect the plug into a suitable wall outlet socket and switch on the socket.
• Before using the pizza oven, please run your oven (empty) for 10 mins at
450°C to burn off any manufacturing residues
1. Place the pizza stone into the oven.
2. Switch ON the oven by pressing the ON/OFF switch.
3. All the segments of the two row display will illuminate for around 3 seconds
and then turn off.
4. The oven is now in standby mode.
5. Press the temperature control knob once.
6. The default settings of 450 °C temperature will be displayed.
7. Turn the knob counter clockwise to reduce the temperature. It adjusts in 50 °C
increments.
8. Press the temperature control knob once and the oven will begin to heat and
the timer shows rotation circles.
9. Press the timer button to check the preheating time, which is elapsed. Turn
counter clockwise then clockwise from 1 minutes to 60 minutes.
10. The time continues to count down until it reaches zero. This is followed by a
further countdown of 3 minutes, during which the oven runs in thermostat
mode. It then beeps once and displays 0:00.
11. The cooling fans will continue to run after the unit switches off for a further 10
minutes to aid cooling.
Prepare your pizza as per the recipe, or if it is a ready made, one add any
additional toppings you may desire. You now need to preheat the oven. First
follow steps 1-5 above.
1. As the pizza oven temperature setting is in 50 °C increments set the
recommended temperature for your pizza to the nearest 50 °C point. For this
example, we will set to 450 °C, which is default setting.
2. Press the temperature control knob, the timer showing rotation circles means
the oven is switch ON.
3. Press the time control knob to check defualt time to reach set temperature.
4. As soon as the counted down time reaches 00:00, there is an additional preset
cooking time of 3 minutes, which counts down to 0:00. The oven is switched to
thermostat mode.
5. Place your pizza onto the pizza stone.
6. You can also change temperature and timer at any time, press and turn
clockwise to increase, anti-clockwise to decrease.
7. Press again any of the knobs and the oven will start to cook your pizza.
8. During cooking regularly turn your pizza (about every 1 minute). For best
