Before looking for problems with the dispensing equipment, first check:

Is the flow of water to the device interrupted?
Are the beverage containers empty?

Setting of the Carbonator Pump - CR7 UTK Sodadispenser

When installing a new carbonator pump the outlet pressure of the pump must be set to 11 bar. The filling time of
the carbonator bowl is approximately 8 seconds.
