Cause
The plug has not been
inserted properly into the
wall socket.
There may be a power
failure.
The lamp may be defective.
The mains cord of the
appliance may be damaged.
Solution
Insert the plug properly into the wall socket.
Check if the power supply works by
connecting another appliance.
Contact the Philips Customer Care Centre.
Check the mains cord. If the mains cord is
damaged, it must be replaced by Philips or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a
hazard.
