Evaluating circuit (IC 2220)
So that the decoder can recognize stereophonic and two-channel audio
broadcasts, it is equipped with two evaluating circuits. A reference fre-
quency (burst key pulse to Pin 13 of IC 2220) and the corresponding iden-
tification frequency (117 Hz for stereo, 274 Hz for two-channel audio) must
be applied to these circuits.
