Knives with wooden handles are not dishwasher safe!

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Note: Do not clean the knives in the dishwasher. The dishwashing detergents
and chemicals used attack the metal and leave stains. We therefore recommend
that you always wash the knives by hand and dry them immediately afterwards
with a soft, dry cloth.

Avoid cutting with the knife into surfaces that could damage the knife. This
includes, for example, porcelain, laminated surfaces or stainless steel.
•
Since some foods leave streaks, we recommend that you clean the knives after
each use.
•
For safety reasons, we recommend that you wash the knives individually.
Always keep the sharp end away from you and your hands and hold the knife
by the handle.
•
Never test the sharpness of a knife by running your finger along the blade.
•
When the knives are not in use, store them in a dry place where they are
protected from extreme humidity or temperature fluctuations.
•
Do not use any scouring agents, rough cleaning rags, metal polish or steel
wool to clean the knives. This is important to maintaining the appearance and
quality of the blade.
