Possible cause
The battery is discharged.

correctly connected to the plug

inserted.
Solution
Charge the battery of the handheld vacuum
cleaner (see "Charging the handheld vacuum
cleaner").
Ensure that the power supply is correctly
inserted into the plug socket and that the power
connector is correctly inserted into the charging
socket or charging base.
Clean the filters (see "Cleaning").
Charge the battery of the handheld vacuum

Empty the dust container (see "Emptying the
dust container").
Contact your local retailer to order a replacement
filter.
