IMPORTANT: Before proceeding, let
the oil cool down to the environment tem-
perature or allow for the appliance to cool
for about 15 min., so that the oil reaches a
temperature between 50÷120 and use suit-
able PPE to prevent scalds.
Open the hatch (A).

Fit the extension (B) in the tap (C).

Place the container (D) and the fi lter (E) under

the extension (B) (container and fi lter are both
supplied upon request).
IMPORTANT: Always use containers
that are suitable for oil drainage.
Open the tap (C) to empty the well.

Close the tap (C) once the operation is com-

plete.
