Digital Voice Recorder to the PC. The duration of the transmitting
process depends on the size of the audio file.
As soon as the selected audio file appears in the list of column ,
the transmission is finished.

b) Transmit Data from the PC to the Digital Voice
Recorder
• Select the desired folder ( ) in which the audio file to be transmit-
ted is stored clicking on the button "
right in the figure) and select the audio file to be transmitted.
Only WAV files can be transmitted to the Digital Voice
Recorder that are recorded in 8kHz/ 16bit /mono.
The file ending has to be changed to "SP" or "LP"
before transmission, depending on the audio mode you
wish to have in the Digital Voice Recorder.

b)Recording via the Microphone (internal/ external)
• Either you use the integrated microphone or you connect the
enclosed external microphone to the "LINE" jack.
• Switch the device on ("
II " key or "REC/ PAUSE").
• Select the desired microphone sensitivity, the "VOR" function and
the recording mode "SP"/" LP".
• Direct the microphone opening of the device or the external
microphone towards the sound source.
Keep a distance of approx. 20cm between the micro-
phone and the sound source to obtain a good language
recording of which the volume is neither too low nor too
high. Speak at a normal volume level. Try to find the
best distance in order to obtain good sound quality.
• Press the "REC/ PAUSE" key to start record-
ing. The red LED on top of the device starts
to light and the display indicates "REC".
The device starts recording and the display
indicates the recording time.
