1. Lock tightly the front cover for left swing rod(28), back cover for left swing
rod(29),the front cover for right swing rod(30),the back cover for right swing
rod(31) on the swing rod （27L/R）with screw (68).
2. Assemble the middle handlebar(4) on the front post(34) with bolt(10),spring
washer(11),washer(12).
3.Put the handle pulse(9) through front post(34) and then stretch out from the
computer support of front post.
