Displaying the error code for a serious error

If a serious error occurs, washing is no longer possible and a red bar appears at the top of the display:

Wash items not clean
Spots visible on the wash items
The wash items do not dry on their own
Note: Water quality affects the washing and drying result. We therefore recommend that, upwards of a total hardness of more
than 3 °dH (0.53 mmol/l), the warewasher be supplied with softened water.

Temperatures too low
Tank water too heavily soiled
If scaling is present:
the water is too hard
For starch residues:
temperature of manual pre-cleaning is

Rinse temperature too low

Remedy
Set the dosing amount as per the manufac-
turer's specifications (} page 55).
Check the dosing hose (for kinks, breakage,
etc.).
Prime the dosing device (} page 80).
Replace the canister, if empty.
Arrange the wash items correctly (} page
70).
Remove the wash field and clean the jets ().
Check the temperatures (} page 51).
Start the tank water exchange programme
(} page 74).
Check the external water treatment.
Connect the water treatment device.
Carry out basic cleaning.
Lower the temperature of manual pre-clean-
ing.
Set the dosing amount as per the manufac-
turer's specifications (} page 55).
Check the dosing hose (for kinks, breakage,
etc.).
Prime the dosing device.
Replace the canister, if empty.
Contact an authorised service technician.
