32. Check the plug and the power cord regularly for wear or
damage. In case of damage to the power cord or other
parts, please send the appliance for inspection and/or
repair to our customer service organisation. Unauthorised
repairs can result in serious risks to the user and will void
the warranty.
Caution! The appliance is very hot during and after ope-
ration!
Never open the housing of the appliance. There is dan-
ger of electric shock.
For safety reasons never use the appliance close to or in
a bathtub or washbasin or any other container filled with
water. If the hair dryer is used in a bathroom, unplug it
from the wall socket after use, since nearby water pre-
sents a danger even when the hair dryer is switched off.
The manufacturer will not be liable in the event of incorrect assembly, improper or
incorrect use or if repairs are carried out by unauthorized third parties.

VOLTAGE COMMUTATION

Before connecting the appliance please check if the voltage
selector is adjusted to the right voltage (110–120/220–
240 V~). To change the selection a coin may be used.

OPERATION

1. Remove all packaging materials and transport safegu-
ards. Due to danger of suffocation, keep children away
from the packaging materials.
2. After washing your hair, dry off hair well with a towel.
3. Using the switch installed on one side, the appliance can
be switched from 110–120 V~ to 220–240 V~. Before
connecting the appliance, please check the local voltage
and adjust the appliance to the right voltage using a coin
or something similar.
4. Plug the plug of the appliance into an electrical outlet.
